High-frequency Jet Ventilator

The PARAVENT PATe is electronically controlled high-frequency jet ventilator with a switchable frequency of 20, 40, 120, 180 c / min, a selectable inspiration / expiration time ratio of 1: 2, 1: 1, 2: 1 and a continuously adjustable insulating pressure of 0 – 300 kPa, monitored by the indicator on the front panel. The insufflation pressure is changed in one of the nozzles of the multi-nozzle pressure generator (MGT) to a ventilation pressure, which is graduated according to the selected inspiratory nozzle in the MGT to three levels, regardless of the nominal size of the MGT used. Ventilation pressure is monitored on an indicator (manometer) located on the top cover of the device, either throughout the breathing cycle (frequency 20, 40 c / min) or only at the end of the inhale (frequency 120, 180 c / min). The technology used by the device has won 4 gold medals in the world.

The design of the system simply allows the implementation of a supportive ventilation mode while maintaining the patient’s spontaneous respiratory activity. The device also enables the implementation of an effective toilet of the airways, including lavages in the so-called inpulsion or expulsion mode, without interruption of ventilation.

COVID-19 Diagnostic Kit

vDetect COVID-19 RT-q PCR

 

The diagnostic kit vDetect COVID-19 RT-qPCR is based on an improved and re-designed Charité Berlin protocol also recommended by the WHO. The RT and qPCR are carried out in a one tube, 1-step fashion. The kit contains 3 primers/TaqMan probe mixes. The first assay is for the screening detection of E gene, which is a pan- coronavirus marker. In the second part of the assay, positive samples are confirmed by detection of the SARS-CoV-2 specific RdRP gene. In parallel, negative samples are confirmed by detection of the human RNase P gene, which also confirms a correct swab, RNA extraction and performance of the test. The kit contains the full genomic RNA of SARS-CoV-2 virus spiked with human RNA as internal positive control material.

The kit contains ROX passive reference dye for fluorescence normalization between wells.
One package of the kit is sufficient for 400 RT-qPCR reactions, which offers flexibility in testing by permitting either single gene screening (400 screening tests) or precision dual gene diagnostics (200 precision tests).

The supplier has experience in the production and supply of field hospitals for the NATO army and for the army of the Czech Republic. Based on knowledge of NATO’s military requirements, the company’s project team designed the NEST v1.0 container field hospital, which can be easily transported, just like classic ISO 20″ and 40″ containers.

The hospital’s special medical equipment is adapted to the requirements of performing an unlimited scope of treatment as in a normally functioning hospital.
